when i saw my phone is having 8 GB then y i cant use full 8 GB cuz its showing cpicity of 6.18 GB ?

Math. Or, more completely, the difference between binary and decimal math. Operating systems use binary math. Storage manufacturers use decimal math when reporting capacity.

This has been an issue since the dawn of magnetic storage media.
