Q: My iPhone 5c is having SERIOUS touch screen issues

Seemingly after this update, my 5c has glitched immensley since this morning, almost randomly. The touch screen is totally void of being usable and I'm afraid that if I try and call Apple it will hang up. What should I do? I've tried restarting and turning off and on and so far it's just gotten worse. This is extremely upsetting because I just got this phone a monthn ago.

First, try rebooting by holding down the power and home buttons at the same time.  Ignore the red slider if it appears.  Next, try cleaning the screen.  Press the power button to put it in sleep mode, then wipe thoroughly with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.  If neither of those work, your phone is still under warranty.  Make an appointment at the Apple store to have them deal with it.

thank you, it eventually started to perform its regular tasks after three reboots and also I wiped the screen off.
