Q: Can't play voice mail Iphone 5

I have version 7.1.1, Carrier is T-Mobil and firmware is 6.02.00

Voice messages show on my phone but when I try and listen unable. After opening the voice message up I see in blue

"speaker' "call back" in blue and Delete in Red. When i tap Speaker it becomes highlighted in Blue. Nothing happens.

A icon such as PLAY or PAUSE does not appear and there is no response when tapping the normal play sign at the being

of the message bar.

I have used and listened to voicemail before but always had trouble, nothing has been straight forward. Help please. I don't

know if this is a apple issue or T-mobil problem.
