Q: Security Questions

When i send an Email to my Gmail/Yahoo accounts about resetting my Security Questions, it says it was sent, but when i check my Email, it wasn't. I have tried to send it more than a hundred times. I don't see how it is so hard, but its Apple.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

So after i have Verified my email, and my phone, its too much to ask for a simple reset to my security questions??? I just want to get my account back where i have spent money on, and i takes all of this BULLCRAP, to just get what i want. You guys(Apple) need to fix something here. I am done playing games. I am done running around the internet for something i can easily reset. Its not asking too much just for some simple answers.

You are not addressing Apple here. We are volunteer users who volunteer their time to help other users. You need to contact Apple.

    Good luck.
