May 5, 2014 5:49 AM in response to jepoy08by Rojmer,What do you mean by "it not working"? Do you have a data plan with your carrier for your iPhone?
What happens when you toggle green the Cellular Data settings?

May 5, 2014 6:08 AM in response to jepoy08by Rojmer,Well then that is your problem. If you do not have a cellular data plan, you cannot expect your iPhone to use a cellular data network.
Even if you had a cellular data plan with your carrier in Taiwan, to get cellular data services in the Philippines, you would have to toggle Data Roaming also green in the Settings, but please note that this can be quite expensive. If you do not want to incur in high charges for this, it is better to keep your data connection to Wifi only while travelling.
If your iPhone is unlocked, you could buy a local Sim in the Philippines with cellular data included if you really want cellular data for a more reasonable price while you are there. It seems to me you had this but with a time limit of 5 days. Is that so? or am I misunderstanding your post?

May 5, 2014 6:10 AM in response to jepoy08by Rojmer,Ok, sorry, I only read your last post after I wrote my reply to your earlier one.
If it is the settings app that is unstable and takes you back to the home screen when you try to tap cellular, then a reset will probably solve this issue.
Hold both buttons power and home together for some 15 seconds or until the Apple Logo appears the let go of both buttons and wait for the iPhone to restart. You will not lose any information on the iPhone.

May 5, 2014 6:55 AM in response to jepoy08by Rojmer,OK. I am surprised the reset did not work for your settings stability, but try something different.
Go to Settings and tap on Airplane Mode. That will disable all cellular connections (and Wifi), wait a little while and then turn Airplane Mode back on.
Now go to Cellular Data and try to see if that works.
If not, do this
Go to Settings > General > scroll down and tap Reset and then tap Reset Network Settings
