Q: New to Iphone. Help with Viewing Group Messages/Replies

I just bought my first Iphone...Its the Iphone 5S.

 

When I'm part of a group message, i can view it fine. However..how come some people's response appear in the original message and other peoples responses start their own message.

 

I'm part of an ongoing group thread, and theirs 5 separate "messages" that all different people are replying to the original message. Its confusing to organize.

 

Is there a way all responses appear under the original group message that was sent??

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1

correct.

 

If a non iphone user repsonds back, as a test respond to the main group and ask if they see the response, if he/she doesn't, then you will need to respond just to that person.  The convo will be just between you and that person and not the whole group.
