I found a solution in case your MATCH is still buggy...
JUST BOOT YOUR MAC HOLDING THE SHIFT KEY (until you see a progress bar).
Then in itunes disable and re-enable iTunes Match.
It should rescan all your library and eventually works.
At the end just reboot your Mac normally.

1) Cancel the current match (press the x or click on the stop button)
2) Disable iTunes March (Store->Turn Off iTunes Match)
3) Quit iTunes (don't just exit; you have to quit it)
4) Run iTunes again
5) Turn on iTunes Match
This was the only thing that worked for me after hours and days of trying to match, getting stuck in various stages, and trying again.
