I tried that but when the FB window opens the message says, "Please try again later".  It's been that way for days.

I AM EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUE.  THERE IS NO FIX... YET.  IT'S A BUG THAT HAS YET TO BE LOOKED AT... HOPE A DEVELOPER WILL SEE THIS AND CREATE A FIX TO THIS BUG...

Your cap lock is broken - it is rude to post in all caps and it is almost impossible to read

and BTW the developer is not there - only volenteer users

Polite, informative questions that include context and details get good answers - rude ones like this can not be answered

Larry, I am frustrated.  I have many who are counting on me to get graduation, soccer and baseball pictures uploaded.  I have scoured the internet, Apple, iPhoto and Facebook all to no avail for this issue I am experiencingl.  I have all the details on my original post.  I apologize that you take my frustration for rudeness but if you have tried every avenue known and have gotten no result then I do think you would be frustrated too.  I was told that developers also read these posts so that is why I referenced them and used caps to try to garner their attention.

If you have a fix then I am open to try anything you have to offer.

I not only do not ahve a fix but I have no idea what you have or what your problem is - and I am sorry you are frustrated that the is no reason to be rude to volenteers

as to developers reading these - maybe they do but in several eyars here I've seen no indication of that

There are some very experiances users who can help if they are given details

PS and since there are very, very, very few Facebook problems posted here it is very, very unlikely that this is an iphoto bug - bugs tuypically affect lots and lots of people, not jsut a few

    Larry,

Again, Larry, I am sorry you think caps are rude.  If you do not have any idea of my problem or a solution then why are you replying at all?  Other than to berate a frustrated mom?  You can go to my original post to see all of the details but it sounds like this bug is beyond your scope.  I am not certain if the bug or link is broken from iPhoto to FB.

For anyone else on here...  I mistakenly created a new library.  Was able to get my old one back.  When iPhoto asked about uploading to FB I chose the option to do it later.  Now that everything is restored properly I choose the option to upload to FB and it asks if I would like to set it up or Cancel.  I choose the option Set-up and it comes back with an error "Please try again later".  It's been 5 days.  I am able to upload through flickr and email, just not upload to FB now.  I have rebuilt the cache and permissions.  I have unlocked the lock on the page.  There is no information out there on this issue.

Thank you, in advance, for any assistance.

So far the error is still there. The 'work around' I found is to drop the photo onto my desktop and then up load it from there. It's a slower method but it works.

It's a slower method but it works.

And it has the advantage that the Facebook album is not synced to your iPhoto library. You can delete photos from iPhoto without removing them from Facebook and vice versa.

Yes, there is an advantage to that. Thanks
