Q: Sync unknown error (-50)

Have iphone 5s - itunes uptodate - ios uptodate. I am unable to sync. once connected to itune - sync starts and gets to backup (step 2 of 6) and then stops and pop up box stating unknown error (-50).

I have synced phone multiple times with same computer. I have rebooted computer and recycled phone - this does not work.

Thanks - yes have seen this link - this link is for when you are downloading purchased itunes items. (videos & music)

My problem is when syncing - iphone and itunes actually connect and start syncing process, but it does not complete - seems to get stuck on step 2 (back up step) and then log out of the sync process.
