Q: I have a dispute for a charge for an App

PLEASE let me know where I go to dispute a charge to my credit card. I cannot locate assistance for this problem on the Apple website.

When I called the 3rd Party App, Hooked On Phonics, they said that I have to go through Apple since they made the mistake. Yesterday, Hooked On Phonics had a 1 Day special to offer an App for Free...apparently Apple mischarged a lot of customers, because the lady at Hooked On Phonics said that they are having to run it again today to assist with the problem.

I am in the same EXACT situation!! Apple says they don't determine the prices and told me to contact Hooked on Phonics. Hooked on Phonics said it should have been free but only iTunes can remove the charge and iTunes is saying its nonrefundable!!
I don't know what to do!
