May 9, 2014 7:12 AM in response to kasanirajby Ralph Landry1,When you say reset password, do you mean the four digit passcode to unlock your iPhone? If so, you need to restore by using the recovery mode to attach to a computer with iTunes, the instructions are in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212
