Apple TVRemove them all from Photostream and add them back one by one in the order you want.

Dec 23, 2012 4:41 PM in response to Winston Churchillby gbhenderson,Thanks, I understand. Rather cumbersome solution, though, and it means each slide is a separate photo stream. I had hoped I could resort them once uploaded. They were sorted when I uploaded, but then desplayed chronologically. I'll have to find another solution for my purposes. Changing all the dates is too much of a headache.

Apple TVIn which case you would need to change the dates for each photo.

May 8, 2014 3:16 PM in response to Winston Churchillby Robert619,It would be simpler if Photostream would simply maintain the order in which photos are uploaded to the Stream, rather than forcing them into the chronological order in which the pics were created. That way, you could arrange them in the desired order in an iPhoto album and then upload the album to a Photostream. What is the logic behind forceing them into chrono order?

Jun 10, 2014 10:21 PM in response to Robert619by Phil Boogie,I fully agree. The mandatory sort order by date & time is ridiculous. And wasn't the case with MM's Galleries. Which also allowed you to upload the original RAW files. They sure dropped it with iCloud Photostream with this, and many other issues I have with photos. iOS8 will be a welcome upgrade, but that will only touch on a few issues, and I can't find details on what they are working on that will be released 'early next year' as was mentioned at the WWDC Keynote.

Jun 11, 2014 4:49 AM in response to Csound1by Phil Boogie,Thanks, I did just that (though through Aperture as I don't use iPhoto). Also put on the iCloud feedback as OT posted a link.
