May 10, 2014 10:12 AM in response to kiprosby Gary Scotland,The hardware specification for this printer requires an Intel Processor and Snow Leopard OS. If you have an Intel machine, you would need to upgrade to Snow Leopard. Go to the Apple online store and purchase from there.

this is an older question, but I had the same problem and could release it: I took the gutenprint-drivers (gimp-print) 5.2.10a (5.2.11 is not more for 10.5).
In the settings I took the HP e-print-driver (from gutenprint) for the Envy-Printer, it`s ok!
