May 14, 2014 7:35 AM in response to bazlorenzopatersonby bazlorenzopaterson,I have just updated the os on my iPhone to the latest version and this has made no difference. I also have tried to load the video files via iTunes onto my iPhone through the load picture option and the load video option but neither of these have been successful, only the 3 videos which i am able to play are copied onto the iPhone.

May 15, 2014 10:36 AM in response to bazlorenzopatersonby bazlorenzopaterson,Hi, all 12 videos are MOV files. I went to see the guys in my local Apple store today and they could not help, they suspected the video files were corrupted in some way whilst transferring them from the iPhone to the pc. I searched google today and found a youtube video which explained how to fix corrupted MOV files using some free software. I managed to fix the files using this software but they appear to have lost some of the content as some of the videos which were approx 20 seconds in duration are now only a few seconds.
Thanks for your help.
