Q: How do I STOP auto-till tags when saving documents?

It's pretty clear from the OP's ad nauseum responses that he is not.

The only answer he wants is how to turn off auto-complete.

Then let's begin with the last question I posed to you (toward the bottom of the posts on p. 4).  Is this what you see when you do a "Save" (Save As) out of Pages?

Good.  Next step.

In a new (test) Pages doc, do a Save (Save As) and, in that dialog window, tab twice so that your cursor is in the empty Tags field.  Don't type anything in that field yet.  Just have your cursor in that field.

Do you see something like this:

Your tag values will, of course, be different!!

If you scroll up and down do you see any of your "gibberish" values? 

(If you can take/post a screenshot, similar to mine, that would be helpful.)
