May 17, 2014 7:23 AM in response to Commander Smackahoby thomas_r.,That file is a normal part of Adobe Flash Player.
I'm not sure what new trojan you're referring to or why you think it's attaching to framework files or replacing them. Can you clarify your concerns?

May 17, 2014 8:27 AM in response to Commander Smackahoby thomas_r.,I'm sorry, I simply don't understand anything you're saying. If you're having a problem, you need to CLEARLY describe the symptoms of that problem, and should omit any interpretation of your own as to what you believe is causing the problem.

May 17, 2014 9:37 AM in response to Commander Smackahoby thomas_r.,That is not a description of symptoms. That is a completely useless screenshot of some files, totally devoid of any context. I don't even understand the purpose of posting those file lists.

May 17, 2014 10:50 AM in response to Commander Smackahoby thomas_r.,Okay, I'm back on my Mac again and have searched for all these locations. I see nothing abnormal there, except for the fact that your system has evidently been hacked at with something like Monolingual, since you're missing all language files other than English. Whatever problems you're having probably have more to do with this hacking of your system than anything.

May 17, 2014 11:48 AM in response to thomas_r.by Zak Adelman,He could also be using cleanapp or similar to remove other languages. This is not always a good idea, it used to mess up Adobe apps occasionally.
Either way, he needs to describe symptoms clearly and not just post his guesses without very specific reasons.

May 17, 2014 2:06 PM in response to Commander Smackahoby Commander Smackaho,Sorry about the delay and the grammar guys, so heres where I'm at, Something had replicated an apple certificate and used the false certificate to latch onto my keychain and I got close to 20-30 more password access tokens I guess they're called, and Im also seeing root pop up out of no where and I haven't even got into the ssl side of this mac ? And they were not there till all of this started at once and there a sophos box in my keychain that I didn't do and I cant get rid of it ? Ill send the pic and my bluetooth was being enabled in the back ground and it was trying to connect to java in my apple tv, So I'm working through my phone for the moment so bare with me here... And I used the monolingual as well but don't think it should be doing all of this

May 17, 2014 2:26 PM in response to Commander Smackahoby Commander Smackaho,For some reason it doesn't allow you to upload photos from phone ? And Im jumping back onto the laptop till its been cleared out, I got a token called com.apple.scopedbookmarksagent.xpc ? Its supposed to have an app password and chrome safe storage password, never heard of it and a facetime registrationV1 password and a guest password is now setup that I never made

May 17, 2014 3:15 PM in response to Commander Smackahoby Zak Adelman,I found this about the scopedbookmarks
Bookmarks are an improvement on aliases used (among other things) by applications to keep track of files that may move at any time, like media files. In 10.7+, as Apple began to transition to sandboxing, it augmented bookmarks with "security scoped bookmarks" and incoporate them into the entitlements framework.
The ScopedBookmarkAgent handles applications requests for scoped bookmarks on your behalf; specifically, applications must use the ScopedBookmarkAgent to receive permission to read/write files outside their sandbox. Obviously, the ultimate authority to grant that permission is you, the user, and so the agent is asking you for that permission on behalf of the application.
For those so interested, more info is here:https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/Security/Conceptual/AppSa ndboxDesignGuide/AppSandboxInDepth/AppSandboxInDepth.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/T P 40011183-CH3-SW16
