Q: My photostream quit uploading to my PC (iCloud)

I set up my photostream via iCloud to upload to my PC when I'm connected to wi-fi. It has always worked and now it doesn't. The setting is set to upload. My iPad and iPhone both are sharing, but not my PC.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1
