May 19, 2014 1:46 PM in response to Jocean11by Old Toad,Check those photos in Aperture and verify that you can view the full sized version for each. In iPhoto that's an indication that the file path/link between the thumbnail and the full has been broken and requires a rebuild on the library's database file.

May 19, 2014 11:56 PM in response to Jocean11by am2am2am,I have exactly the same problem. exclamation marks instead of photos, all my shared public photostreams including ones workinig correctly in the past. First noticed it few hours ago.
Interesting - photos are on icloud as I can see them on apple tv. They are not visible via web browser (safari, IE, chrome), but ARE visible via firefox

May 20, 2014 4:17 AM in response to sapperdeflapby léonie,Same here - not only for Aperture Shared PhotoStreams, but also for older journals and slideshows published from my iPad. The images are in iCloud - when I step the journal as a slideshow, I am seeing all captions, but with black image thumbnails. The slideshow published from Aperture is completely unreadable.
All published Shared Photo Stream webpages are giving this error - "cannot load photo", even a brand new test webpage. The Shared Photo Stream in iCloud is working, only the webpage not.
Safari 7.0.3. and Firefox 29.0.1 and Mavericks 10.9.3

May 20, 2014 7:33 AM in response to jreinhardby DiPadova,It doesn't seem to be that just Safari is blocking. I can't view in IE either. I'll check Firefox when I return home, but andreasappho above has already checked Firefox and it too is not working.
