    Then tell me what this means:

     

    Any adult of normal intelligence can make that determination, if he or she chooses to. A mentally defective adult or a child shouldn't use a computer without supervision.

     

    Seems pretty plain-as-day that you're saying that anyone who gets infected is a child, is stupid or is choosing to get infected.

    Well, Thomas, one reason why an adult of normal intelligence might behave unsafely on the Internet is that he thinks some crapware such as Sophos is protecting him, or that "there are no Mac viruses." One can be intelligent and yet ignorant of some things. The cure for ignorance is education.
