Hey there emrahtatir,
It sounds like you want to remotely control Keynote and iTunes from your phone. For Keynote this article will help you out:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6112
To be able to control your iTunes application from your phone you would need the Remote app on the iPhone and Home Sharing enabled:
Set up Remote app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1947
You can download Remote using the App Store on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch or using iTunes on your Mac or PC. Remote requires an iOS device and either Apple TV or iTunes 9.2.1 or later. You can see the version of iOS you need and other requirements for the Remote app.
Remote uses Home Sharing to set up and control iTunes and Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation). See how you can use the Remote app. For best performance, update your iOS device, Apple TV, and iTunes. To use Remote, make sure your devices are on the same network, and log in to Home Sharing on your iOS device and iTunes or Apple TV with the same Apple ID.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Regards,
Sterling
