Look at the EtreCheck results! To remove the Safari Extensions, go to Safari > PReferences > Extensions, and remove all the stuff there.
HSMMonitor is software: not from Apple, and not related to your computer monitor.
The ExtreCheck results list things in /Library/Launch Agents, /Library/LaunchDaemons, and the similar folders in your User Library (<user>/Library/Launch Agents, etc.)
1. Go to /Library/Launch Agents and Remove:
com.hp.messagecenter.launcher.plist
com.teamviewer.teamviewer.plist
com.teamviewer.teamviewer_desktop.plist
2. Go to /Library/Launch Daemons and remove:
com.teamviewer.teamviewer_service.plist
3. Go to <user>/Library/Launch Agents (the Library folder may be invisible. Hold down alt and select the Library from the Go menu.) and Remove:
com.google.keystone.agent.plist
com.nero.HSMMonitor.plist
You'll need to authorise these removals with your password. You should reboot after doing this.
I'm assuming you Repaired Permissions using Disk Utility. This does very little, and you should not expect this to fix most problems that you have. As you noticed, it often reports the same thing over and over again.
