Q: Mac Tune UP?

Open System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items. Remove Mac TuneUp.

If it's not there, check   /Library/StartupItems

In case you are not aware, third party Mac cleaning utilities can do more harm than good. Avoid MacKeeper, CleanMyMac, and Mac TuneUp.
