Q: swap 'fn' and 'control' key

one question that has been flying around but not able to get the answer is... how to swap 'fn' and 'control' key in macbook pro (in Windows 7 bootcamp). I believe this should be done from the bootcamp driver

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), Windows 7

hehe just found the solution to yiour problem. took me only a night to find http://samartzidis.github.io/WinA1314/ << Enjoy!! . Scanned with AVG so the file is safe.
