Q: Can't login to iMessage

I've been having issues logging into my iMessage account in Messages ever since I cleared my Keychain Access. Every time it prompts me for my password, I enter it and it asks me again... and again... and again for about 15 times until I get the following error:

 

Could not sign in to iMessage.

The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later.

How would I go about fixing this issue?
