Q: Incorrect country on my iPhone AppleID
Hi there,
I have a US Apple Store account. I am currently in Hong Kong, and since my old iPhone died, I have set up a replacement (old) iPhone (using latest ios 7.1.1).
I entered my appleID, and have just tried to download an application I already own (Free: Google Hangouts).
The App Store says I own it, but not in Hong Kong, and I need to switch to the US Store.
When I go to change my store, I get the "You have at least one incomplete pass. Passes must be completed before you can change stores" message.
Now, I never watch any programmes on my iPhone, and in fact, I'm not even changing my store - for some reason, my iPhone has connected me to the wrong store.
How do I fix this?
Help!
iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.1

(Sigh)
I hate call centres...
At least the lady was efficient and friendly - she also admitted that her old iPhone 4 was the best phone Apple ever came out with!!! HAHA
Apparently, logging into appleid.apple.com and changing your address forces you to verify things when you sign in. This then kicks you to the correct store...
