Sincde you say you've tried all the suggestions on these forums and it still does not work, I'd suggest you take it to your nearest Genius Bar for some free troubleshooting/evaluation and they should be able to help you. Make sure you have a backup of your files just in case.

    Hi Babowa,

thanx for the reply .... backing up is my problem .... how can i backup evverything if i can not bootup to windows nor mac OX? ... i have no access .... or is there a way to do it? then please let me know ... i would be really grateful ...

Once again: i can not access windows 7 or mac OX ... i get stuck at the Utility tools after pressing and holding down the option key ... i can access the different options there but like i said before, there is no partition or operating system to repair or reinstall or even delete....there is nothing at all....seems as if it just disappeared ....

    i m short of ideas ....

This does rather sound like the hard disk has failed. If this is the case the only way forward is to get it replaced. If you haven't made a backup you are unlikely to be able to retrieve its contents: there are professional services which may be able to do this, but they are very expensive. In any event you need to get it looked at by an Apple-authorised service centre or at an Apple Store (make an appointment).

hm hm hm i am actually still surprised about the fact that i can surf on the net with safari ... i am actually sending u these messages from the same pc via the utility tools....it has the option of going online via safari...

so the question is: how can this be possible if the hard disk is damaged?

Evidently the disk itself is OK, but the Windows partition is damaged in the sense of a corrupted directory or data. It may be difficult to solve this, but you would do better to ask in the forum specific to your operating system.

I have absolutely no idea how you would be able to surf the internet while booted into Recovery mode which may be happening although I am not sure since you also have Windows installed. This is almost impossible to diagnose via long distance - I would still suggest you take it to your nearest Genius Bar and let them have a look at it.
