Q: I have an iPod touch 4G and I can't download apps rated 12 It didn't start doing this until October 2013 and I have no idea how to fix it. Any help, please?
iPod Touch 4g: Shows me the app on the App Store, but unable to click "free" or "(insert specific price)". It does this with 12+, 17+, etc applications but nothing 11-. I had apps 12+ before but they all got deleted when my Mom changed something on my iPod and I have no idea what she did. Now I can't download them and I'm not sure how to fix it. I tried logging into my Apple account on my laptop to change settings, but the security questions come and I don't know the answers, neither does my mom or brother. How do I fix it?

It sounds like your mom changed a restriction on your device which will not allow you to access content or apps that are rated +12 or higher. You need to ask your mom to edit the restriction.
