May 29, 2014 6:48 AM in response to OxigenAppleby EZ Jim,Having already done the research and tried http://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6431, including every other relevant suggestion from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090:
Unless you have a current backup of your Mac, make one now.
Then use the final "Troubleshooting" suggestion:
"... contact Apple or an Apple-Authorized Service Provider for service."

No need to multi-post.

If there's no solution for this meanwhile i'll follow using 10.9.2 and contact with apple support. Anyway if someone know how to fix it I apreciate so much the help.

This is likely a typo. I do not think iSight is compatible with any Mac OS X version earlier than 10.2.7.

Use the suggestions from http://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6431. OS X 10.9.2 has been superceded by OS X 10.9.3. Use the latest version or simply Reinstall OS X Mavericks to be sure your OS X is up to date.

Now I performed a clean osx 10.9.3 install again and used the suggestions from http://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6431. The osx is up to date. Isight doesn't works again.

Jun 1, 2014 9:54 AM in response to OxigenAppleby Eric Root,If you live near an Apple Store, make a Genius Bar appointment to have the computer tested. Supposedly there is no charge for testing.

Did you really secure erased your startup disk before you reinstalled OS X 10.9.3?

Did your iSight work after your clean install but BEFORE you added any other software or data from your pre-erase backup?
If not, Eric's suggestion for professional help is definitely the right one!
