    Hey Edson Nassar,

     

     

    Thanks for the question. I understand that you are experiencing issues with your iPod nano. The following resource may provide a solution:

    Acoustics

    Follow these steps if there's no sound coming from your headphones.*

     

    - Verify that the headset is plugged in to the iPod .

    - Check the volume setting.

    - Try adjusting the volume by pressing the volume buttons.

    - Try another song or audio file.

    - Try another headset.

    - Reset iPod by holding down the Sleep/Wake button and Home buttons until you see the Apple logo appear.
