Q: My ipod 4g Restoring. HELP PLEASE!!

I have done all the things apple suggest and nothing is working im in a loop need help! with out downloading anything to get out of the loop, my ipod never been jailbroken. Dont know what the deal is i need help someone anyone!

What exactly happens when you try to restored via iTunes?

it says to "restore" i click it it starts going then says "can not connect" gives me the oppition of "ok" or "more information" click more info it gives me a list of how to restore it and ive done all the things it says plus the advance settings and still puts me at step one blug up to iTunes.

Try:
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers
Public DNS — Google Developers
OpenDNS IP Addresses
- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem
