Q: GetInfo comments

Why is it impossible to add comments to the GetInfo window for all Intel Applications (e.g. Safari) and some(?) Universal Applications (e.g. iCal) ?

Are you sure?
This is 10.9…

The Finder windows have a Comments column under 'View menu > Show View options…'
On 10.6 it is at the top of Get info palettes, I'm not sure about the others.

I have never used this, beginning even with 10.4 (if it is in 10.4), I'm on 10.8 usually and it's not down below, as it is on your screenshot. But of course, it was staring me right in the face. Completely Mr. Magoo.
