Q: Charging issues with iPad

I recently bought an iPad and have not had any problems with it until now. I plugged it in to charge it and it came up with "charging is not support by this accessory". I tried pulling the cable out and plugging it back in, moving to different outlets, and plugging it into my computer. Nothing is helping at all. I'm using the cable and wall charger that came in the box with the iPad. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

Possibly a bit late but I have just had this problem with an iPad 1 for several months.  It stopped charging, or at least reported that it was not charging, from all the usual chargers I had been using.  I tried most of the things suggested in this thread but in the end could only charge it from my iMac.  To tidy up my desk I have just bought a new multi charger which has a dedicated 2.1A iPad port and it will now charge off this device as well.  My guess is that as the battery gets older it gets increasingly sensitive to what it will accept to recharge until it eventually fails altogether.
