Q: I had to restore my ipad but my old purchases do not show up in Apps Store

I had to restore my ipad but my old purchases do not show up in Apps Store

I've signed in to App Store, Choose 'Purchased' and selected 'Not on This iPad' but nothing comes up.

How to I restore my old purchases

iPad, iOS 7.0.2
