    Hi,

I have come across this problem recently.

Try creating a new blank library - close itunes, hold option key whilst launching itunes and select create new library. Now turn on match. Once process is complete you will see all tracks that have been matched/uploaded.

Do you see the latest 23 tracks? Are they greyed-out? If so, delete those tracks. Now go back to your original library.

You may have to delete those tracks and then readd. Select update itunes match.

    Jim

I have exactly the same problem and after searching for an answer on the internet I have found a huge number of users having the same issue. I found a lot of "solutions" none of them working (including a tool to slow down the connection speed !) This is a huge problem on the iTunes side. There is not even an error message saying what the problem might be (there should not be a problem btw). This is programming and user interface design of thirty years ago....

I've had a friendly support engineer on the phone and even he could not help. I hope somebody can come up with a serious solution...

all the tracks not uploading have the status 'waiting'

here is exactly the same situation. it now lasts for a month. the problem is, that I cannot add those tracks to playlists in the cloud. Readding, reconnecting etc. doesn't brought anything. Please Apple, hava a look into it. We pay for the service.

we are not alone with this problem:

Match process stalling out at end

Exact same issue for me. If iTunes can't match a song it just leaves it waiting forever. Real frustrating, renders the service unusable for me right now as I'm not always adding songs that are out on iTunes yet.

Amazing change: nothing has been working for a number of weeks, I called support, they suggested solutions based on reducing the upload speed because some people have been able to get it back working with that technique. Didn't work after several tries (entonnoir and even the Apple Network Link utility), restarting, login in out, rebooting, clearing everything...

And today I start iTunes and everything synchronizes properly in a few minutes at full speed (5-6 MBits/sec). I really don't understand it anymore, I didn't change anything. Or is it a coincidence it starts working the day ater I called support. Maybe they could reset something on the server side or in my account, I don't know. I know this won't help the others, but as far as I am concerned, there is no problem anymore.

Exact same issue. Been an iTunes Match subscriber since it launched in the UK. Never had any issue until 2-3 weeks ago when it started playing up. I tried adding a couple of new albums to my iTunes library that I bought elsewhere. The tracks import to iTunes just fine and also play perfectly too. But when iTunes Match kicks in, or I manually force it, it goes through "gathering info" and "matching" as usual, albeit a bit slower than usual and then ultimately it informs me 60-odd tracks need to be uploaded and then it won't get any further even after hours.

And I have a fast fibre broadband connection too.

I spoke with Apple Help this morning but as my broadband went down (thanks BT) I wasn't able to get anywhere. But the guy indicated he was not aware of any iTunes Match issues.

    Any suggestions?

HI guys been talking to Apple support about this issue. Like above they were not aware of the issue, but the apple support worker I was speaking to shared my screen and witness for himself the issue we are all having.

He then got me to download some apple software to record data and I was asked to do the process again when the software was recording. This was then sent back to Apple and the iTunes Match team hopefully it will show some bugs.

I Was asked to try different ISPs and make sure no firewalls were on my modem. I have now managed to try 3 different ISPs and also my phone 4g all get to the same point.

i bought a new R-MBP Wednesday and instead of time machine restore I just added files and songs via external meaning I had a clean iTunes Hoping that this would work. Unluckily this didn't help and my songs still don't upload. Which in my eyes would mean its a apple sever issue
