Q: Has any Coldplay fan lost purchased content within iTunes, I have recently noticed my Coldplay Live 2012 purchased on iTunes is gone from my iCloud library and no longer available for purchase ! A bit strange considering there new album just went on sale

Recently I have noticed my iTune purchased concert movies after being put back in the cloud are currently missing.

I have never had purchased content from iTunes vanish from my iCloud library and also not be available for purchase on iTunes.

When I had Apple personnel attempt to push the content back to me, they could not find Coldplay's Live 2012.

Even more strange considering their new album just went on sale and renewed interest must be prompting fans to review their collections.

A beautifully shot concert film is missing, a sad situation to be sure!

Thanks for any iCloud wisdom and other fans noticing the same thing.

    Hey All,

I have the SAME issue.  My wife and I love watching concerts on a Friday nights, and last weekend I noticed the Coldplay 2012 concert was gone from Apple TV.  I checked all our other Apple TVs, then did a search on the computer, and then just itunes in general.  This thing has DISAPPEARED.  How can paid content just disappear like this?  Is coldplay in a disagreement with Itunes?  Either way, we are bummed that its 1.  not available and 2.  not notified or refunded by Itunes (makes you wonder really what else might have happened)...

Any solution or ideas are appreciated as well

    -Matt

Well it looks like the movie is back in the iTunes store, but it's not in my purchased items list. I contacted support and was told:

"it appears that the movie probably got modified. When an item is modified in the iTunes Store, or removed entirely, we no longer have access to the original one that you ordered. If you wish to watch this again, you will need to purchase it."

It's the same movie. Nothing got "modified."  I think I'm just going to buy my movies the "old fashioned way" on DVD/blu ray. I don't think Best Buy can come in to my house and remove the discs from my shelves whenever they want.
