Q: i cant get video on my tv when i mirror the AFL app via appletv using Airplay. i get audio and no problems with visual until i initiate a video, then get blank tv screen? help!

That is not mirroring, it is basic airplay and not all apps are enabled. That is up to the developer to do.

As stated above, its something the developer has to enable

I have already spoken to AFL.com and they seem to think that people are already using airplay to stream via iPhone and iPad.

In order to use airplay they would have had to enable it, only audio is on by default. If they specifically told you they had enabled it, theres a bug, and that would still require them to take action.
