It may help to close Safari, then restart your device.

If the page continues to load incorrectly or fail to respond, the next step would be to restore your iPad.

Jul 25, 2014 10:21 AM in response to merenkovby merenkov,I found a solution, at least for my iPad. At the bottom of the problem sign-in page, in very tiny letters, there's an option to switch to "Desktop Version". I did that, and was able to sign in. There's just a glitch in Yahoo's mobile sign-in page (that affects mobile devices with early versions of iOS).
