Jul 22, 2014 10:11 AM in response to a brodyby Fermi,Apologies, I was unaware of the restriction on product speculation. I am not a rumor monger or superfan that gets caught up in the minutiae of tech specs, I was just wondering if the next generation of MBA is planned to be a major redesgn or another refresh. I just ran into this with buying a Toyota Sienna a couple months ago and now they've majorly redesigned the interior. This is a similar situation, though, as my car died and I had little choice, and now my laptop is dying and I probably shouldn't wait.

Jul 24, 2014 9:36 AM in response to Fermiby a brody,Backup your data before moving to another machine. Note the return period where you buy the machine.
It is possible that you may have programs that don't work, and may be better served by an older used or refurbished machine.
Remember, you can't run older Mac operating systems on Macs than ship with them.
