Q: Woke my macmini from "Hibernation"
Yesterday morning I noticed my Macmini (late 2012, Mac OS X Mavericks, i5) was not sleeping. I turned the machine on to be surprised it was coming out of a "hibernation." It booted up with a grey screen with the indication bar progressing to then come back to the session I left it at prior to putting it to sleep.
The only machine I have seen this be done were on portable Macs (like a MacBook) and/or a machine with a battery. This Mac mini is also not connected to an UPS ether.
Does anyone know what caused this, and is this a known issue? (actually I don't have a problem w/ it - wished it was a normal feature!)
