    If you are referring to the Restrictions passcode, the only way to get passed that is to restore the device as new. The restrictions passcode is part of the backup and would only be put back on the phone.

     

    If you are referring to forgetting the passcode to open the phone, then you can restore the device as new first to remove the passcode, and then restore the device from your backup to put your content back on.
