Q: Macbook white unibody RAM upgrade

Hey there, I tried to upgrade my Macbook 2010 white stock 2GB RAM with Samsung 1333MHz M471B5273CH0-CH9 RAM. When I swapped the memory and turned computer ON I had 3 beeps and it was not booting. After combining 4GB Samsung module with existing 1GB, it booted and now shows 5GB of 1067 RAM. What should I do to make it work with 8GBs? Any suggestions?

You need to install PC3-8500 DDR3 1066MHz type RAM.

Good advice, but I want to know what I could do with RAM that I bought? If 4GBs are working, why can't 8?

Not sure, though it shows you that TWO 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 memories don't work on your MacBook.
I have extra two 2GB 1066GHz PC3-8500 RAM sticks, so if you are in Japan I could give them for you, though...
