Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like there is an issue recovering the password for your Apple ID. Take a look at the two articles below, if you setup two-step verification you may still be able to recover the password. If two-step verification isn't enabled you can use the information in the second article to request assistance.
If you forgot your Apple ID password

If two-step verification is turned on
- Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
- Select “Reset your password.”
- Enter your Apple ID, then select Next.
- Enter the Recovery Key that you were given when you set up two-step verification. Don't have your recovery key?
- Choose the trusted device that will receive the verification code from Apple. Don't have access to your trusted device?
- After entering the verification code, create your new password and select Reset Password.
If you permanently lost your recovery key or access to your trusted device, you won't be able to reset your password.
