Q: what if my email receipt has expired

i had a purchase on two different apps one was fun video downloader and the other was piclab so after a while I reseted my phone and I logged into my account but I don't have the purchase I made. and my email receipt is expired so what can I do ?

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.1.2

Um... what?

Did you open the app store and look in your purchased items? Do you not have the apps backed up in iTunes on your computer?

And how, exactly, does a receipt expire?

i have the app bit the purchase I made inside the app for example piclab I purchased other filters and fonts and is not there anymore. && I think I don&& I don't know that's what it told me when I tried checking it
