Notice no one has been helped by a "Community specialist" or a "level 10". It occurs on ipads as well. Apple are too busy making money to worry about this little problem. Just turn your device off and on again and it will go away for a while. Hopefully you will buy the next "updated" device to solve your pathetically uninteresting complaint. But perhaps this is why the Samsung S7 is ahead. They care.
