Q: My old Iphone gets a icloud sign in loop

I previously had a Iphone 4S but recently i switched up ta a 5s. I backed up the 4s and created the 5s from that so that i wouldnt have to download all my apps and re-do all my settings all over again. That worked fine. I used the old Iphone to view videos, browsw the internet and play games from. Now the 4S is stuck in a loop when it keeps asking me to sign to Icloud and even if I try with the correct password I cannot log in. The question keeps popping up every second so I cannot use the phone anymore How do I fix this?

I have tried with disabling wifi (activating flight mode) but its still the same.
