Q: How do I upgrade to Quick Time Pro ?

Trying to be calm ...

I have downloaded the software (before the upgrade), yes thanks.

It is on my computer.

Now you say visit http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3459 for step by step instructions on how to upgrade to QuickTime Pro.

I went to that page.

So I typed in the word "upgrade" in "find on this page" (logical) (of the abovementioned link)

There is no word "upgrade". I also could not find the word "step" or text string "step by step".

Now what do I do ? I still have no Quick Time Pro and no money or refund nor the word "upgrade"

I do have a seemingly pointless and useless key for a door but no-one knows where that door can be found.

(It strikes me that someone needs to roadtest what Apple writes on its site(s) - there must be testers for this but I am not volunteering)

Do you know what I do next ? or am I just a plaything in some weird online gaming experience ? Maybe this is not actually real... (?)

The good news is that I am at one step past downloading the software that is not yet activated so we now know that the next step doesn't work unless Apple quickly writes the word "upgrade" somewhere on page http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3459

If you can get me to the next level that would be most helpful.
