I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on what you mean when you say that your old Apple ID keeps "coming up". If you are having issues signing out of your old Apple ID and signing in with a different Apple ID, you may find the following article helpful:

If, instead, you mean that you are being prompted for your old Apple ID password, then this article may be more useful:
