Q: Utilisation optimisée de la TC
Hello,
I have problems with iPhoto lags.
If I understood, for the best use of my Time Capsule, I have to use Time Machine with Wi-Fi.
However, I have only 128 GB of storage on my Macbook Air. So I thought to save my library (because they are consistent) iTunes and iPhoto on the external hard drive to my Time Capsule. For that and to avoid lag, I have to connect wired (Firewire 800) my Macbook Air to my Time Capsule. Right?
Does it makes sense to use the Time Capsule in this way, in your opinion?
On the other hand, I read on apple.com :
" In addition to the 2TB or 3TB of storage in AirPort Time Capsule, you can turn any external USB hard drive into another secure drive to share across your Wi-Fi network and access securely over the Internet. All the documents, videos, photos, and other files instantly become available to anyone on the network, Mac and PC users alike. "
This means that I should not have any problems using a wired connection, right?
