Q: Itunes issue

I just installed the newest version of Itunes and now get an error message which says that itunes has stopped working. I tried re-installing and still get the same message. How do I fix this?

What does the exact error message??

When you re-installed iTunes did you first uninstall iTunes following these steps ? :

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 && Removing and Reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows XP

Here are a few articles if these are in fact the error messages or issues you are experiencing :
