Q: Lost my iphone 4 device

Hi All,

i have lost my iPhone 4 device few days back. i had some personal problem due to which i could not took any decision that time.

i saw some purchase items in my purchase history section. i have my serial number with me and need to block the device online.

Right now when i am trying to add the product in support section using serial number server is saying that your device is already registered with other apple ID.

Also i don't enabled my Find My Apple Device app. Please guide me how to block my device.

Thanks,

Kunal Shastry..

To Block Your Device in 3 Steps

    1. Go To The Apple Store and tell them your problem.

    2. If you can't do that then go to your mobile providers shop

    3. Ring Apple Customer Service. 0844 209 0611 is the number.

IF NONE OF THESE WORK THEN RING YOUR MOBILE PROVIDERS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tell then you lost your phone and you want it shut off, also if you have another apple device you should probably download the find my iPhone app. I'd recommend it. AND ALSO CHANGE YOUR APPLE ID PASSWORD, YOUR MAIL PASSWORD AND ANY OTHER THING

Apple will do nothing and does not want to know if it was lost or stolen

    lost/stolen

No app on the iPod is required.

    - If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.

    - You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.

    iCloud: Erase your device

    iCloud: Use Lost Mode

    - If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.

    - Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police. Alore report to your phone carrier so that can shut off service.

    - There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

    - Apple will do nothing without a court order

Reporting a lost or stolen Apple product
